Savory cheesecakes are a bit unusual, but we’ve never shied away from thinking outside of the box. This blue crab cheesecake is amazing. Our savory cheesecake is made with jumbo lump blue crab. You know the meat we’re talking about. When you’re eating crabs and there’s that one leg in the back of the crab that you pull just right and remove a lump of all of that succulent crab meat. And your buddies look on in admiration. Our crab meat comes from that section of the crab.

Our crab meat is responsibly and sustainably sourced. They are made with a luscious cheese blend which include house-made varieties. They are loaded with sweet, mouthwatering, jumbo lump crab meat. They are served bottom up; the crust is a buttery streusel topping blend of crackers, more jumbo lump crab meat, and – naturally – being in Maryland a kiss of Old Bay ® seasoning.
